Glovo is building the future of cities by enabling anyone to get any product from any store delivered in minutes. Our goal is to provide an on-demand delivery infrastructure for every city in the world, adapted to the local supply status.

As a Partner Operations Support you will be a key representative on the Expansion Team helping handle one of the top partnerships of the company.

The position can be based in Lazio or Abruzzo.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Support the Expansion Team with all aspects of the new Partner Implementation and the daily Operational running of the Expansion department
  • Respond to all enquiries from partners within the same day, managing competing timelines and prioritizing critical tasks;
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen relations with partners on field
  • Be responsible for and manage the progress of all tasks allocated to you by the Expansion Leader
  • Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved, such as the Finance and the Operations/Work Flow Departments
  • Bring innovation to and assist in the implementation of successful processes and automation opportunities
  • Give status reports for each account/program and review weekly with internal expansion team
  • Help promote and maintain a positive Glovo image

You have:

  • Experience with Customer Service related activities
  • Experience working with partners to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations 
  • Fluent English skills (Native Italian is mandatory)
  • Proactivity, organization, and obsession with details and accuracy
  • Ability to learn fast and easy to adapt to a fast changing environment
  • Basic know how to negotiate and build your way into a super deal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter approach, you are able to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment
  • Available to travel at least 50% of the time
