Your work-life opportunity:

The PO Support SUPERVISOR will lead implementation of CX projects in line with business growth priorities. Will lead process improvement at a market level at Glovo based on our Partners feedback. Will work cross-departmentally with partners at all levels, including senior leaders, to achieve successful delivery of projects. Must understand that success comes from coordination, oversight, and effectively delivering against timelines.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Support the Account Managers and Partner Business Leaders with all aspects of the Client Implementation and the daily Operational running of the Account department
  • Responsible for and manage the progress of all tasks allocated to you by the Account Managers and Partner Business Leader
  • Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved, such as the Finance and the Operations/WorkFlow Departments
  • Bring innovation to and assist in the implement successful processes and automation opportunities
  • Prepare supporting analysis for Partner Invoicing
  • Give status reports for each account/program and review weekly with internal account management team
  • Develop the overall project plan with the goal of creating a best in class customer experience for our partners
  • Manage all aspects of project(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, operational issues, tracking, completion, follow-up;
  • Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks;
  • Establish and achieve project standards for quality and quantity;
  • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of Partners
  • Build long-term relationships with Partners
  • Ensure Team availability for all partner requests (Scheduling)
  • Work quickly to address and resolve Partners issues
  • Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
  • Create strategies and work with Partners to boost their brand
  • Help promote and maintain a positive Glovo image
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • Experience working with partners to achieve customer satisfaction goals;
  • Understanding of project management;
  • Fluent English;
  • Experience in cross-functional teams without direct line authority;
  • Able to work efficiently with limited supervision;
  • Demonstrated leadership potential
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
