Be a part of a team where you will:
- Help build, re-structure and organize the data and reports needed in the controlling team to ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analyses
- Support the team with the monthly Salary Total Cost Reporting
- Provide meaningful insights and support the monthly Global Personnel budget tracking (Actuals vs Budget) and variance analysis
- Together with the other controllers, run the Headcount Planning process, as well as re-forecasting activities
- Coordinate and ensure month-end closing calendar alignment with the payroll team and on-time delivery to the finance teams
- Support the implementation of reporting solutions that facilitate the goal of automation and self-service
- Manage People G&A Cost Controlling, analyze contracts and invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at expected cost, and are well allocated in the People budget
- Provide reports and updates on Personnel Total Company Cost to internal departments on a monthly basis
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in audit and/or Human Resource controlling
- Fluency in the English language
- A proven track record, strong business acumen, and an analytical and proactive approach to solving problems and managing data
- G Suite expert skills (sheets, presentations), office suite expert, proficient at using excel while applying strong analytical skills in the manipulation and understanding of data
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, with a sense of personal responsibility for delivering high quality work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adaptable to changing priorities
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
