Be a part of a team where you will:
- Work hand-in hand of the Iberia People Partner for MFC & B2B

Manage the population in scope in all People related topics & systems

Be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding People related policies, processes and procedures

Source and recruit great talent for our local team, following the hiring process defined and conducting screenings

Manage documentation for current and new hires: contracts, legal documentation, personal information
-
Collect and maintain day to day information from employees: sick leaves, holidays, bank account changes, modifications of hours, salaries, etc

Provide the employees with relevant, engaging experiences inside and outside the office, including team building, office management (when there is no office manager) and other events (Culture Day, Summer Party, etc)
You have:
-
Degree in HR, Labor Law, Law, Business or similar
-
3-4 years of experience in HR (warehouse and blue-collar employee management will be a plus)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management
-
Resilience in working with ambiguity
-
Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and creativity
-
Customer service orientation - you love to solve complex doubts

Great communication skills
-
Fluency in Spanish & English, perfect verbal and written communication

Knowledge of Spain & Portugal employment and labor law as a strong plus
