Your work-life opportunity:

The primary purpose and function of an intern in an HRIS team is to become a Workday subject matter expert and HR processes designer, to lead Workday system configuration, enhancement, and deployment efforts.The HRIS Intern will demonstrate high eagerness to learn & curiosity on HR systems as well as analytical and problem solving mindset. Your skills in reporting, processes analysis, design, and configuration will be developed! Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be Glovo’s HR Process and Technology support in order to build scalable HR tools that will address all our business & employees’ needs.
  • Help on configuring, enhancing, and supporting selected Workday modules, e.g. Core HR, Performance Management, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning and more!
  • Partner closely with business and Tier 1 teams to understand system end-user needs and support them.
  • Support on reporting of People KPIs.
  • Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-date.
  • A/B test the launch of new features.
  • Support continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management.
  • Monitor reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.
  • Work closely with other team members to brainstorm, strategize and complete ad hoc requests creatively, effectively and efficiently.
  • Design and document HR processes (Process Flows, SOPs, Job Aides).
  • Build Training materials and train users on Workday and HR processes.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field and/or human resources.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Detail-oriented thinking, exhibiting strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Team spirit by contributing valuable ideas and feedback.
  • Ease in working with ambiguity, shifting priorities and rapid change.
  • Ability to work with sensitive employee data, maintaining confidentiality in all situations with a keen eye for detail, quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
