Be a part of a team where you will:

Be Glovo’s HR Process and Technology support in order to build scalable HR tools that will address all our business & employees’ needs.

Help on configuring, enhancing, and supporting selected Workday modules, e.g. Core HR, Performance Management, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning and more!

Partner closely with business and Tier 1 teams to understand system end-user needs and support them.

Support on reporting of People KPIs.

Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-date.

A/B test the launch of new features.

Support continuous improvement projects.

Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management.

Monitor reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.

Work closely with other team members to brainstorm, strategize and complete ad hoc requests creatively, effectively and efficiently.

Design and document HR processes (Process Flows, SOPs, Job Aides).

Build Training materials and train users on Workday and HR processes.

Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:

Bachelor's degree in quantitative field and/or human resources.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Detail-oriented thinking, exhibiting strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Team spirit by contributing valuable ideas and feedback.

Ease in working with ambiguity, shifting priorities and rapid change.

Ability to work with sensitive employee data, maintaining confidentiality in all situations with a keen eye for detail, quality and accuracy.

Proficiency in English.
