Your work-life opportunity:

As a Specialist in Customer Service Outsourcing you will be responsible for the research, benchmarking and contractual relations with Glovo for outsourced services in the BPO and Contact Centre industry. At the same time, you will be acting as an advisor for other departments' outsourcing strategy. You will play a key role in the outsourcing processes, ensuring that Glovo´s Vendors are providing the services agreed and delivering the best solutions as part of its winning strategy.

Be a part of a team where you will:

Benchmark contact centre/ BPO vendors and create different scenarios to fulfil outsourcing business needs
Negotiate the service terms and deadlines with vendors, ensuring a tailored service is received for each market
Create, prepare, review and edit a variety of contracts with vendors, work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favourable, and ensure our internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
Monitor and update relevant departments on vendor pricing / price fluctuations
Act as a project manager, identifying opportunities to improve the management and performance of vendors and devise plans to implement these changes E2E
Receive other departments request for outsourcing, analyse viable options within the outsourcing network, and provide the best solution to fulfil the requirements
Ensure great stakeholder alignment with all key departments, the legal team, and vendors and an efficient flow of data and information to ensure optimum service

You have:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Law, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain, Finance, or similar.
+3 years of experience in similar positions
Significant experience in outsourcing, including knowledge of international negotiations, vendor management & customer service main metrics and processes
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Proven excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple / conflicting priorities
High organizational skills, detail-orientation, and focus on time management

Nice-to-haves:

International negotiation or Procurement or other relevant master’s degrees
Fluency in other languages beyond English and Spanish is a big plus
Knowledge in ERP and/or documentary tools
Microsoft Excel, Jira, Trello and other project management tools skills
