Your work-life opportunity:

As a Product Designer at Glovo, you will create, guide and implement the user experience of an internal back-office platform from the ground up! You will make decisions based on Design objectives, Research insights, Engineering and Product requirements. You will work collaboratively with different teams to develop intuitive user experiences for a broad range of users.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Have the unique opportunity to collaborate building a platform from scratch.
  • Create Design artifacts to understand complex ecosystems and experiences (i.e.: user flows, journey maps, concept sketches, personas, etc).
  • Create and define UI components and guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Lead initiatives to increase digital accessibility.
  • Work alongside UX Research to ensure your proposals meet your users’ needs.
  • Develop true empathy for a group of users we have never investigated before.
  • Advocate for user centricity across Glovo.
  • Thrive collaborating with a talented, diverse, inclusive and respectful team.

You have:

  • +3 years of experience in Product Design.
  • A portfolio to showcase how you think and work as a designer.
  • Experience working with an atomic design approach (or similar).
  • A start-up mindset with a Lean approach to product development.
  • Experience working with information architecture and user flows.
  • Understanding of UX, UI and IxD principles in desktop environments.
  • Expertise working with Figma or similar.
  • Ability to work closely with Engineers to define expectations, 
  • Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality of our work.
  • An advanced level of English is a must.
