In the context of “giving users easy access to anything in their city”, Q-commerce is the business unit that covers 3 verticals: Groceries, Retail and Darkstores (our own fulfillment channel). We aim to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have, from delivering a video game, to sending a gift... to filling up their fridge.
In this context, we want to go an extra mile, and make deliveries ultra-fast (in less than 600 seconds, 10 minutes). For that reason, we’re looking for a strong project manager to help us build all the operational processes to make this happen
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Scaling the process to onboard couriers for our ultra-fast vertical world wide.
- Defining the real time operational tools to improve our performance
- Defining ways to maximize the fleet performance over time

You have:

+4 years of experience in operations, project management or similar.

Great autonomy, in order to take a problem and be able to define an implement a solution very fast

Great data analysis skills

Strong understanding operational problems, defining solutions and implementing them fast

Hands-on attitude. You may need to spend hours/days on the ground to find out the best solutions
-
Great communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English
