Your work-life opportunity:

Glovo is looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support the Q-commerce partner operations at our headquarters in Barcelona. You will act and operate as a startup within a startup, providing both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help build excellence in operations.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Lead projects to improve global operations and customer experience for Q-commerce partners in a proactive and autonomous way: Autonomy to extract data with the help of data analysts, analyze it, raise projects and manage them to implement. More specifically:
    • Understand Q-commerce operations and identify main pain points for our partners and users
    • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to come up with insights
    • Hypothesize initiatives to solve the key challenges and test the hypothesis in controlled environment
    • Identify potential actions to solve issues and drive stakeholder alignment to validate them (business and product teams)
    • Gather and define business requirements to build product requests
    • Share approved actions to local markets for execution and follow up
    • Measure and report results
  • Own KPIs related to partners to streamline operations, such as cancellations, compensations, cost per order etc. Main goal is to improve these KPIs in order to retain users
  • Define reasonably ambitious goals, globally and per country, to motivate teams to improve their KPIs
  • Understand the operations model of Glovo to provide advice to the different teams such as Supply, Customer Support, local teams, in order to align decisions. Also, lead a small team within partner operations and be the mentor for the team of data analysts, business analysts and data scientists
  • Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact

You have:

  • Bachelor in Business, Engineering or similar
  • About 3 years of work experience. Consulting experience is a plus
  • Experience in a Groceries company is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong strategic vision and business mindset
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
  • Itchy feet and continuous thrive on learning through different projects
  • Excel proficiency
  • Experience in SQL is required and coding is a plus
  • Professional English fluency
