We’re looking for junior professionals from top consulting firms willing to experience 1 year on-the-job training before an MBA program to expand their knowledge and deep understanding of the new quick commerce industry, leading projects end-to-end from strategic planning to execution.
As a QCommerce Special Projects Analyst you will learn and acquire capabilities on how to plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects. You will be defining project scope, project team and resources, to help QCommerce leadership team in key strategic initiatives. Be a part of a team where you will:

Define the scope of the projects together with the QCommerce VP

Find new project opportunities based on a good understanding of the QCommerce leadership team priorities

Support QCommerce VP and leadership team in strategy definition

Participate and lead meetings with the stakeholders involved to ensure all the requirements and needs are met

Project planning and follow-up to ensure success

Motivate the team involved in the project to get the work done as expected

Ensure everything is communicated properly to the departments involved

Think out of the box to bring new ideas
You have:
-
1-2+ years of experience in top consulting firms like Boston Consulting Group, Bain and McKinsey&Co
-
Top performer in analyst position and granted for an MBA past 1 year experience in Glovo
-
Strong strategic vision and business mindset
-
Communication skills are a must both in written and oral form in English (plus Spanish/Portuguese and Italian is a bonus)

Great team player and interpersonal skills

Results-oriented and analytical skills

International studies or experience is a plus
