Your work-life opportunity:

The Real Time Operations Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing RTO (Real Time Operations) projects in line with our business priorities. In this role, the candidate will work cross-departmentally at all levels to achieve successful delivery of value to our supply operations. Must understand that success comes from coordination, oversight, and effectively delivering against timelines.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Drive projects related to Real Time Supply Operations in order to constantly improve our operational results and user experience for customers, couriers and partners
  • Manage priorities and resources to deliver high value frequently
  • Take a data-driven approach to find areas of improvement and measure results
  • Be self-sufficient to build, measure and test solutions. Pivot fast when needed and never stop looking for more value

You have:

  • 4-5 years of experience with Agile Project Management Workframes such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience working in projects related to operations
  • Advanced SQL and Python
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
  • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Great team player
  • English is a must, Spanish is a plus
