Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team to make the right decisions

Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights and actions

Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, step change retention rates and maximize profitability

Take ownership of the reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools and using the available ones

Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-date

Assist your colleagues in gaining access to the right data

Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:
-
2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics and/or Project management, leading analysis and turning insights into actions
- Bachelor's degree in Maths, Engineering, Stats or Quantitative field

Solid expertise in Excel/Google Sheets
-
SQL proficiency - Python is a plus
- Experience in Growth/Marketing roles is a big plus

Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation)

Hands-on attitude! You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!

Great communication skills (presentations are your thing) and people skills
-
Proficiency in English

An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or Qlikview
- Background in technological consultancy firms as functional/business analyst
- Familiarity with AB Testing frameworks
