At GlovoConcepts we are creating the next generation of food delivery brands to make sure any town, city or neighborhood has access to an amazing assortment of restaurants. GLOVO Concepts is a solution for partners (restaurants working with GLOVO) where we take care of the branding, marketing, supply chain and train their chefs so partners just have to cook and we help them grow their top line!

Be a part of a team where you will:
- Help us to create standards, tools and operations processes for our Restaurants and Partners
- Help us to improve the way we operate our Brands base on the feedback we receive on weekly basis from our customers
- Work closely with the Head Chef and R+D team
- Actively participate in the realization and control of staff during shifts in our test restaurant
- Run morning and evening shifts depending on the our test restaurant needs
- Collaborate in all the things related to people management on the restaurant level
- Actively participate of inventories and stock software management
- Management of the restaurant P&L
You Have:
- Availability for 6 months full-time (40h/week) internship
- Previous experience in restaurants business on managerial position
- Spanish and English fluency
- Good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office
- Great communication skills - written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
- Team player, proactive, and oriented to deliver results
- Well organized, resolutive
- Passion for food
