Your work-life opportunity:

You will be a key member in the Sales Operations Team, working hand-by-hand with Global Sales Ops, Regional Sales Ops and Head of Sales of each different market. At Glovo, it is in our DNA to do more with less and your job will be to optimize the sales department across SWE countries 

Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city, and delivers their products in less than 45 mins. The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both local stores and with bigger brands to display them in the Glovo platform and to make sure they are properly activated in our app

 

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Define, together with each head of sales, monthly goals for all sales teams in your region
  • Analyze the performance of each team member identifying improvement opportunities
  • Keep a close eye on each of the city’s P&L to take action
  • Perform all specific analysis and be proactive in suggesting solutions to local teams to problems they were not aware they had 
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process with new partners to source and negotiate the best products in to deliver to our customers

 

You have:

  • Bachelor in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Experience working in consulting or delivery companies for more than 2-3 years 
  • Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
  • Have excellent communication skills. Detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills
  • Socially active. Have good relationships in your city and have an ability to empathize with new people you meet.
  • Self-starter who is able to work in a highly demanding environment.
  • Preferably with experience in a high-growth digital startup business
  • Fluent English & Spanish

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge on Salesforce or other CRM
