As a Long Tail Manager, you will play a key role in the Glovo Account management team. Long Tail Partners are small local businesses that are trying to grow in the digital world, generate an extra customer channel and boost their sales in the online business through different tools. Therefore, you will be directly responsible for impacting all the long tail partners to make them grow, sell assets and improve their partner experience (PX).

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be given the trust and support to grow, develop, and make a difference while encouraging you to bring your unique perspective to the table
  • Collaborate together and learn from each other
  • Maintain a good relationship between Glovo and our partners, ensuring a good partner support
  • Review and propose partner communications, ensuring partner engagement and long-term relationships
  • Understand motives of inactive partners and churned partners and make plans to regain them and improve MoM
  • Draw and execute plans to make the portfolio grow through promos, marketing activations and selling positioning assets
  • Define scalable processes and educate, making sure long tail partners are self-sufficient in using our tools, reducing manual tasks internally and boosting automations
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers
  • Raise product requests to improve partners UX and scalability. Identify tech features improvements and give proactive feedback to HQ

You have:

  • A passion to make a positive impact on the life of millions of people through technology
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
  • Customer Service or Business Consultancy / Account Management Background
  • Preferably experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry
  • Effective English written and communication skills
  • High level of Excel skills
  • Team management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mass communication tools skills will be valued
  • Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Obsessed with scalable processes, automation and self-sufficiency
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace

  • Scale Self-Service Promotool utilization rate (% of stores using promotool)
  • Improve the promotool traffic  (unique partners visits)
  • Partner revenue & amount of partners buying assets
  • Partner Operations KPIs such as Cancellations, Bad Ratings and Prep Time
  • Number of partners doing orders
  • % Churn over portfolio
  • Co responsible of partner activations SLA
