Our goal is to provide an on-demand delivery infrastructure for every city in the world, adapted to the local supply status.As a Sr CRM Specialist (Courier Operations) you will learn and acquire capabilities on how to plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects in CRM.
You will construct CRM on all levels from local to Global level. We are seeking someone who has interest and knowledge in CRM and that wants to grow in that area in a firm that provides a huge opportunity of facing new CRM capabilities every single day. All this within the scope of our operations, acquisition and engagement processes.
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Find new CRM project opportunities based on a good understanding of the local communication needs
- Define the scope of the CRM Automation together with the Courier operations team
- Participate in the meetings with the stakeholders involved to ensure all the requirements and needs are met and key topics have been identified.
- Project planning and follow-up to ensure success
- Escalating risks on time. Find workarounds and prioritize when things are tough.
- Ensure everything is communicated properly to the departments involved
- Ensure that the solution/approach taken by the project is global and benefits most of our hubs and agents (and of course meets the needs of the involved departments)
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:

Good communication skills in English (plus Spanish as a bonus)

Great team player and organizational skills

Data first approach, being able to analyze datasets and make conclusions based on them.

Experience in CRM and expertise in the CRM software

Ability to help figure out how to better integrate the CRM with internal platforms

The skill to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to customization requests

Organizational skills, which help the CRM Marketing Specialist to provide solutions for requests from different teams

Strong writing skills to communicate with internal partners or even to write technical training manuals for end users

Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data

Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication

Establishing workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM

Customizing and pulling reports from the CRM

Writing training manuals and teaching local staff on how to use the CRM

Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology

Meeting with teams to help them analyze business trends
