Your work-life opportunity:
We are looking for an intern to join our Social Impact Team in Barcelona. The Social Impact Team´s main pillars are Eco-Efficiency, support to Communities, the Volunteering internal program and developing our new Social Platform: Glovo Access. Besides that, we’re now creating the Glovo Foundation, a new vehicle that will help us to maximize the positive impact we’re generating to the society and go beyond the impact Glovo itself is generating.
We’re looking for a passionate new member who helps us build this new amazing project. If you are an analytically-minded, capable of building a sustainable business strategy, highly-motivated problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and strong social commitment — who loves the idea of working in a fast-paced start-up environment then Glovo is the place for you!
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Support the deployment of the Glovo Foundation. Both from the conceptual point of view to the most administrative, legal part.
- Develop benchmarking studies about what other Foundations are doing and examine the broader environmental, political, and social landscape in which we operate, including the role of government, investors, and customers.
- Draft key internal and external materials (project decks, compliance reports, proposals for external entities, etc…)
- Find new opportunities for The Glovo Foundation to engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for social and sustainability projects (including governments, impact investors…)
- Work with different departments (legal, finance, Public Affairs, Management team…)
You have:
- Currently studying a degree or recently graduated
- Availability for 6 months full-time or part-time internship with a university agreement
- Fluent in English is a must, Spanish is a plus.
- Flexibility and proactiveness
- Ability to understand the business, impact investing and foundations mechanisms and its challenges
- Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic environment
- Rigorous in organization and planning
- Social abilities and team-worker
- Ability to develop in a multicultural environment
- Design and Wordpress management skills are a plus
