Once in a lifetime opportunity to work in a Green Field Digital Transformation program in a multicultural global environment using SAP S4/HANA, SAP DWC, SAC and other state of the art technologies.
Senior SAP S4/HANA Controlling Analyst will be responsible for design, build, maintain and enhance SAP applications in the areas of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Functional Areas and CO-PA. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for designing the standard cost center structures, allocation methods as part of template definition, Integration with other modules including Finance, Analytics, MM, SD and developing Roll out strategy. Must understand that success comes from coordination, oversight, and effectively delivering against timelines.
Be a part of a team where you will:

Understanding Glovo business and provide SAP Controlling expertise to translate, design and test business requirements to fulfil business controlling and Analytical needs in a multinational set up

Closely working with our global finance performance team & external solution architects to design and configure business processes in SAP CO with high level of automation to ensure: -

Management of flow of cost & revenue (incl. cost/revenue assignment & management)
-
Transparent allocation and management of overhead functions
-
Setup of consistent and analytically accurate cost by cost / revenue by revenue - objects (cost & profit centers, WBS)
-
Track and transparent analysis of planned and actual cost
-
Own the blueprint of CO setup, interfaces and reports
-
Assess business requirements by evaluating practicability, impact and scalability
-
Be a E2E functional expert on SAP Controlling processes and adviser to finance performance department on best practices

Work closely with Regional/Country Finance teams to understand their local requirements and develop solutions

Integrate with other modules (Controlling, Purchasing, Billing, Analytics etc) from Finance perspective
-
Lead system integrations, mergers or acquisitions within SAP
-
Be an end user training & support during and after the project implementation including support during financial closing

Be the point of contact for end users and their requirements

Train, coach, and supervise team members

Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Controlling modules with > 3 years in SAP S4/HANA CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PS, CO-PA (Account based), EC- PCA as well as very good Integrations knowledge with other modules e.g. FI/SD/MM/Analytics

Strong knowledge of Controlling in multinational companies

Studies in business informatics, informatics, business administration, Financial Management, Cost Accounting or similar

Experience in all life cycles of an SAP Projects in International environment

Excellence communication skills and stakeholder management
-
Great Team Player together with excellent Leadership skills
-
Able to work efficiently with limited supervision; to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Background in project management
