At Glovo Concepts we are creating the next generation of food delivery brands to make sure any town, city or neighborhood has access to an amazing assortment of restaurants. Glovo Concepts is a solution for partners (restaurants working with Glovo) where we take care of  the branding, marketing, supply chain and train their chefs so partners just have to cook and we help them grow their top line!

We are looking for a Supply Chain Sr. Analyst to help us build a scalable supply chain for our +20 brands in +20 countries for +1000 operators.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be responsible for the pre launch of Glovo Concepts in new countries: creation of database in local logistics platforms, analysis of the estimated consumptions and delivery of the SKUs to the new countries
  • Be responsible for the post launch of Glovo Concepts in the existing countries: follow up of stocks and consumptions, product database update, new deliveries follow up
  • Manage the relationships with local teams and local logistics platforms, be the bridge between local teams and logistics platform 
  • Be the responsible of improvement of the processes by cost and time management
  • Manage the relationship with culinary department in order to adapt food concepts depending of the necessities of the countries
  • Data analysis (COGS, prices, volumes, negotiations, etc) 

You have:

  • +3 years of experience in restaurants supply chain management, experience working in/with 4PL companies is a plus
  • Highly organized, strong reporting experience and a demonstrated process improvement background
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide consistent data with the objective of improving costs along the entire supply chain.
  • Supply chain strategic mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long term mutually beneficial client relationships.
  • Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and to collaborate with others to utilize their resources and knowledge in identifying quality solutions.
  • Strong organization, planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for both self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment. Agile and practical mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian. (Consider uploading the CV in English)
