Your work-life opportunity:

The way we want to grow is making every city profitable!!! To reach this goal we need a 360, analytical and results driven person to manage our Finance function in the country. We are in a startup where the time to market is a crucial factor, so we want a problem-solver person with hands-on attitude.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Manage and control all treasury/payment process in the company
  • Manage bookkeping of bank and cash transactions in local ERP (1C)
  • Plan and follow the payment calendar
  • Make sure all stakeholders (customers, vendors, employees, state bodies and etc) are paid in time according to the existing contractual obligations
  • Be responsible for weekly cash flow reporting and forecasting
  • Be responsible to build and mantain all the relationships and activities with banks and cash suppliers
  • Be responsible for all intercompany loan actions
  • Prepare and present the reporting to the Local National Bank and other state bodies
  • Participate in finance costs optimization

You have:

  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting/investment banking/controlling/FP&A
  • Analytical and 360 mindset
  • Hands-on and autonomous
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals
