Greenhouse is looking for an Enterprise Account Based Marketing Manager to join our team!

As Greenhouse’s first dedicated Enterprise Account Based Marketing Manager, you will help craft marketing tactics and sales enablement programs that support the enterprise business segment and strengthen our enterprise sales win rates. You will focus on measuring the outcomes of enterprise marketing campaigns, supporting our account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, crafting compelling enablement content, planning virtual and in–person field events, and generating new opportunities for the sales team.

What you’ll do

  • Implement global enterprise campaigns that combine demand generation and content tactics to win new business
  • Partner with growth marketing, content, and sales teams to bring campaigns to market and measure their performance 
  • Partner with sales on account-based selling
  • Build sales enablement training to help accelerate the enterprise sale
  • Produce new content, such as case studies, to support the sales cycle
  • Ensure detailed execution of events that are part of the sales cycle


You should have

  • A strong foundation in enterprise-focused marketing 
  • Several years of experience in demand generation, product, field, or content marketing
  • Experience successfully implementing global campaigns and events
  • A portfolio of compelling sales enablement content to drive customer engagement
  • Solid understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) standard methodologies 
  • A consistent track record of building cross-functional programs and partnerships

The ranges added below are for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $104,000 - $140,000.
