Greenhouse is looking for a Manager, Compensation to join our team!

Reporting to our Director of People Rewards & Wellbeing, the Manager of Compensation will play an integral role as a strategic partner on compensation and equity for our growing organization. This person will be responsible for ensuring that our compensation and equity packages, for executives and employees at-large, are equitable and competitive in the domestic and international markets, while also keeping us on track towards IPO-ready capabilities and functions in the near future. What you’ll do

  • Drive the design strategy around executive compensation programs
  • Partner with the Director of Compensation & Equity to design and prepare materials for the Compensation Committee and the Board
  • Prepare compensation disclosures (ie. Proxy statement CD&A and compensation tables)
  • Consult with business leaders on individual business unit compensation decisions and strategy
  • Maintain compensation data to ensure data integrity across our systems
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement and efficiencies in our compensation, equity, and incentive programs and process
  • Design channels to drive education and awareness of our compensation programs and best practices


You should have

  • Experience with executive compensation, including benchmarking and knowledge of best practices
  • Experience with short-term and long-term incentive programs, including design and administration
  • Strong understanding of equity alignment and benchmarking
  • Experience supporting business with an established international presence
  • Experience collaborating with the full range of G&A teams and leadership to prepare materials for Compensation Committee review
  • Strong knowledge of current HR trends and practices
  • Experience working in-house
  • CCP certification or equivalent experience, a plus

The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $119,000 - $161,000
