Greenhouse is looking for a Global Policy & Compliance Analyst to join our team!

As part of the People Operations team, the Global Policy & Compliance Analyst will be an integral part of our efforts to continue growing on a global scale. You will focus on harmonizing our policies across all Greenhouse locations and partner closely with our Legal and People team to ensure we adhere to emerging compliance changes nationally and internationally.

What you’ll do:

  • Comprehensively review our company handbook and current company policies, and make updates that address inefficiencies, legal vulnerabilities, and compliance with changing and varied regulations
  • Reboot our existing people programs in accordance with laws and regulations across the US, Dublin and other countries as we expand our global footprint
  • In collaboration with our tax and legal teams, ensure our HR policies and programs are up to date and in compliance with SEC, legal, and tax requirements
  • Collaborate with our legal team to manage all policy related communications and develop a company training module designed with a “risk” focus  

You should have:

  • Proficient knowledge of various local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations (i.e EEO, FMLA)
  • Experience working for a company with a global reach
  • Experience with international employment law, a plus
  • Experience with working in a public company, a plus

The ranges added below are for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $72,000 - $98,000
