Greenhouse is looking for an International Marketing Manager to join our team!

As our second marketing hire in EMEA, the International Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing targeted, region-specific content and marketing campaigns for each key EMEA market. Reporting to the Senior International Marketing Manager, this person will join the wider marketing team which is based in the USA.

In this high impact role, you will collaborate closely with marketing and sales to align on the key messages and content needs for each region, produce content that supports demand generation and sales enablement, and provide local marketing support for integrated campaigns. This role will require excellent organizational and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones. What you’ll do

  • Shape an EMEA playbook (in collaboration with marketing and sales) for key messages and content that resonate across each focus market, segment and persona 
  • Produce new, region-specific content that supports both demand generation and internal sales enablement for existing markets (marketing collateral, customer case studies, blogs, and more)
  • Identify, develop and measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives that leverage EMEA content to engage and grow our marketing database 
  • Collaborate with the creative team to refine the Greenhouse process for prioritizing and producing localized content
  • Build strong relationships with sales and CS teams, working alongside International Marketing Manager to maintain a consistent pulse on the trends, topics, and USPs that customers and prospects care about most in each market 
  • Provide local marketing and content support for marketing campaigns in existing markets as needed (events, webinars, co-marketing, and more)
  • Work alongside the International team to understand the TA landscape in emerging markets and identify opportunities for accelerated brand awareness

You should have

  • Experience developing content and integrated campaigns that support sales goals in EU markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft messaging and content that supports local marketing efforts 
  • Marketing experience working in B2B organization
  • Highly organized and effective time manager 
  • Consistently achieves a high level of excellence in execution
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and secure support from cross functional stakeholders 
  • Proven growth mindset - ability to learn new things (and like it!)
  • Experience in working in a tech or SaaS organization (HR tech experience a plus!)
