Greenhouse is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team!
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in processing payroll domestically and internationally. You'll own state registrations and compliance, payroll/HRIS system implementation, and all payroll related communications for our growing, multi-state and international employee base. What you’ll do
- Handle payroll processing procedures for all of Greenhouse’s locations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee pay-related questions
- Handle employee data and updates in our payroll system throughout the lifecycle of each team member
- Partner with our Finance and People Ops teams to ensure alignment on employee data
- Assist with the implementation of a new payroll system
You should have
- Experience with high volume payroll processing
- Excellent quantitative and Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS technology such as Namely, Workday, or UKG
- Multi-state and international payroll experience

The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $61,000 - $83,000
