Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Manager, Analyst Relations to join our team!

Our company is growing fast and scaling globally, and we need an experienced professional to own our analyst and influencer relations program to match our business trajectory. Working on the Marketing Team and reporting to the Senior Director of Content and Communications, the Senior Manager of Analyst Relations will drive the strategy around how we craft our perception within the industry's analyst and influencer community.

This person will work closely with senior executives in defining an appropriate AR strategy, craft powerful briefing materials and decks, and forge positive relationships with influential experts in the HR tech industry. This role will require critical thinking and excellent communication skills, and be apt to work collaboratively towards driving business impact. This is a great opportunity if you would like to be Greenhouse's liaison within the TA industry, provide thoughtful recommendations to our executive team, and build a community that inspires change.

What you’ll do

  • Own the analyst and influencer relations strategy and program
  • Manage thought leadership activations with analysts and influencers (sponsorship and content opportunities, event partnership, co-marketing content opportunities)
  • Lead company participation in Analyst research projects (e.g. Fosway, IDC Marketscape, etc)
  • Develop narratives and key messaging to share company news, breakthroughs, and achievements with the analyst and influencer community
  • Manage and maintain regular Analyst newsletter
  • Maintain strong relationships with key industry experts, while also expanding our network in other markets
  • Own and maintain analyst briefing decks and assets
  • Create enablement content to support internal teams with the latest research, trends, and commentary from analysts and influencers


You should have

  • Experience in analyst relations, and/or relevant PR or product marketing experience
  • A committed approach to work with a strong sense of ownership
  • The ability to manage up, voice new insights, and assert your evidence-based recommendations
  • Proven experience creating and implementing analyst relations programs
  • Ability to build strong relationships within the industry and executive leaders
  • Experience in HR tech, a plus

The national pay range for this role is $116,000-$174,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
