The Role
 
We are seeking for Digital/IoT Project Manager

Must Have Skills

  • Able to quickly understand the various technologies in Digital Solutions and provide recommendations on the right technology platforms/solutions to be used to meet customer’s business/technology needs
  • Able to Deliver and implement solutions for IoT solutions and connect to cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and analytics solutions to derive insights
  • Able to Deliver and implement solutions for Big Data requirements using MapR (preferred) or equivalent solution (Hadoop, Hortonworks)
  • Able to integrate and implement ETL solutions for Big Data (Pentaho or Talend preferred)
  • Able to understand Java, .Net and equivalent technologies used for custom web solutions
  • Have experience working on presales opportunities, created proposal and architected solutions, provided estimates and costing and presented winning proposals to prospective clients
  • Have experience managing a team of consultants to deliver multiple projects to multiple clients at the same time, manage billability and utilization

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Solutions Practice covering Hitachi Digital solutions stack, partner solution stack, and the Insight & Analytics solutions
  • Grow and manage a team of consultants that are capable of delivering the Digital Solutions that have been sold
  • Support sales and presales teams through solution determination/verification and estimations to ensure that proposed solutions are in line with technology and delivery capabilities
  • Responsible to meet Revenue and Gross Margin goal attainment for Digital Solutions Practice through managing billable utilization of the team
  • Develop training plans for existing team and recruit for the right skillsets in order to meet project deliverables
  • Meet with client stakeholders and manage client expectations and escalations
