The Role

As the senior member of our Anaplan Center of Excellence and corporate financial planning and analysis teammate, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to extend, improve and maintain our mission-critical, connected planning system.  You will provide technical leadership by creating policies and procedures to ensure system integrity and performance, manage enhancement projects and address defects.  Additionally, you will provide architectural guidance for the ongoing system development.  This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Defines Anaplan solution designs and best practices
  • Owns configuration and maintenance of centralized models and Data Hub
  • Scopes and estimates effort for new model requests
  • Reviews federated models
  • Coaches and develops other members of the COE
  • Serves as final level of support for defect resolution

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall experience preferably within FP&A in a global organization
  • Deep Anaplan expertise with >2-year complex Anaplan model building experience
  • Expert Solution Architect (not limited to Anaplan)
  • Platform and Connected Planning evangelist
  • Data architect, systems developer, or comparable technical background
  • Proven ability to connect business requirements to technical solution design
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to create/manipulate Pivot Tables, Proficient in SQL
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Salesforce.com a plus
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Open to work on 24/5 environment since handling Global position
