The Role
 
We are seeking Service Manager
 
Responsibilities

The offshore SM would help with:

  • Service Management analytics.
  • creating, running, analyzing reports that help us manage tickets (INC, SREQ, CHG, PRB, etc)
  • Review of tickets for quality management
  • Help with escalations as needed
  • Preparing status reports
  • Other service management administration

Qualifications

  • BE/ Btech/ PG from any reputed institutes
