The Advanced Analytics & Supply Network Monitoring Specialist is responsible for leveraging the power in the data flow to allow the Supply Chain team to build solutions to make better decisions. This person will optimize all Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance Shared Services procedures, assist in managing budget controls of department costs to maximize delivery productivity and assist in developing the Advanced Analytics & Supply Network team. This team will review and analyze the operations data and recommend improvements to the Head of Supply Chain. They will monitor targets and KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, delivery volume and service quality, A/R Past Due, etc.

 Outcomes:

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of analytics experience in supply chain and/or finance functions
  • Bachelor Degree required; Master degree preferred
  • Experience in visualization frameworks (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience working with software and product teams
  • Experience in managing large scale data transformation (ETL processes)
  • Expertise with SQL, Python, R and other data analytics programming languages
  • 3+ years of working with technology (Big Data/IOT/Supply Chain)
  • Experience in working through scalability (systems and human adoption) for new technology deployments
  • Based in Memphis, TN, preferred
