The Executive Assistant will proactively support Iora’s leadership by managing daily operations and supporting certain on-going activities.  The Executive Assistant will work primarily with the members of the Executive Team.   

Representative responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Executive Team members with calendar/travel/expense management as needed
  • Triaging inquiries and requests from internal and external constituents
  • Coordinating large/complicated meetings in a way that resolves scheduling conflicts, prioritizes issues to ensure effective time management, communicates agendas in a timely fashion and responds to calendar changes as needed.
  • Circulating material to and from Iora’s Board of Directors on behalf of Iora’s executive team, serving as the primary point of contact for the Directors’ executive assistants
  • Managing the front desk and providing general team support when needed.
  • Participating in other ad hoc projects on an as-needed basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years administrative support experience    
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a dynamic, high growth start-up
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of teams
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Google suite of products, including Gmail and Calendar
  • Strong customer service focus
