The Role

Iora Primary Care is doctor’s office specifically designed for adults on Medicare, with offices across the country. As Iora continues to grow, the Graphic Designer will work directly with the Marketing and Communications team and focus on creating B2C collateral, sales presentations, digital assets and additional content to support the growth team while maintaining brand standards and providing a strong voice on design aesthetics. 

The Graphic Designer is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team based in our Boston, MA office and will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Specific Responsibilities & Expectations

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent design skills who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure brand consistency in all projects according to brand guidelines
  • Work with marketing to create captivating print collateral, email templates, and  social media assets 
  • Create other assets such as signage, OOH, direct mail and print ads
  • Support in our asset management software in creating versions and new templates for collateral
  • Work with outside agencies and freelancers when needed and act as guardian of the brand
  • Create and resize graphics for website and social media platforms
  • Work with sales and marketing to improve presentations in Google Slides and Powerpoint
  • Work with marketing team on video creation and editing as needed
  • Act as the creative and design expert on special projects
  • Provide design support to other business units for material assets

Qualifications

  • Design portfolio required
  • 4-6 years of design experience, B2C experience preferred
  • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Must have strong communication and project management skills and be able to work across cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Creative thinker, problem-solver, and flexible attitude 
  • Team player who is driven by our mission to restore humanity to healthcare
  • Experience in photography and/or video editing and production a plus
