We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to manage the build-out and ongoing maintenance of plug-ins of the Klarna’s service offerings for prioritised open source and enterprise platform systems such as Magento, SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and more. The team member will coordinate efforts across internal and vendor resources and be a leader on Klarna products. The team member will also assist in setting processes for partner implementations, strategies on how to best maintain and manage plug-ins, train internal resources, and be a champion for the plug-ins.

  • As a Solutions Engineer you are responsible for:

  • Managing multiple partner system plug-in build projects concurrently.
  • Set maintenance and upgrade strategy for partner system plug-ins under management.
  • Work with development partner to set overall solution design and scope of the partner plug-in build.
  • Drive priorities for development partners as aligned to solution design and scope.
  • Certify Klarna quality standards are met for partner plug-ins.
  • Communicate with stakeholders progress and status of plug-in builds and availability.
  • Manage reported issues and coordinate addressing issues for plug-ins.
  • Set standards and process around best practices for plug-in builds.
  • Provide training and knowledge sharing on partner systems and how to appropriately leverage the plug-in.
  • You might also have

  • 5+ years of relevant work client-facing experience with web technologies, including payments and/or e-commerce
  • Familiar with HTML/CSS and at least one programming language such as PHP, Javascript, Python or Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with current web shop-systems, content-management-systems
  • Some sales or account management experience
