What you will be doing:

  • Ensure operational initiatives are aligned with organizational strategy.  
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements to define needs and recommend solutions to maximize productivity. 
  • Help streamline and optimize end to end business processes within the rapidly scaling talent organization.
  • Work collaboratively with Data and Systems analysts to draw insights from data and assist with functional implementations.
  • Work with Learning and Development on identified training needs for HR Operations, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
  • Who you are:

  • Experience analyzing and creating business processes
  • Experience with HRIS such as Workday
  • Experience with ATS such as Lever, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Workday Recruiting
  • Knowledge of recruiting or HR processes and policies
  • Nice to haves:

  • Experience working with other HR tech such as Gem, eightfold, HackerRank, GoodTime
  • Experience with Notion, JIRA, G Suite, and Slack
  • Experience working in both small to medium size companies (under 5,000 employees) and large companies (over 25,000 employees)
