About the Role

As an Analytics Associate for the Content team, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Director of Content and all members of the team in answering business and industry-related questions. Successful candidates will answer these broad, sometimes ambiguous questions by utilizing a variety of data sources.

Additionally, you will serve as a data consultant, helping the team understand what is possible from a data perspective and how to frame questions that can then be answered with existing data resources. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a variety of regular reporting dashboards and reports in collaboration with the data team using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Branch.io, and Tableau, among others. And, you will be asked to assist the data team in developing and maintaining data integrations, as well as fixing data issues as they arise as they pertain to relevant Content metrics.

You are an ambitious and curious individual who is excited by the challenge of conducting research in a highly technical, yet rapidly developing industry. You will be expected to consume and analyze large amounts of data, including unstructured alternative data sources. You will also need to maintain a high degree of attention to detail with every project, as data integrity is critical for decision-making.

Your mission will be to bridge the gap between technical data engineers and the Content team, so that they can understand how the work they do is performing, optimize existing deliverables, and to inform and inspire new content campaigns and initiatives using data-based insights.

This is a fully remote role.
