We are currently seeking a Manager, HRBP to partner with our Client Engagement organization, which includes the customer service team.

This position will be responsible for leading, supporting, and facilitating the delivery of exceptional HR programs and initiatives to the organization that deliver high impact and value. The Manager, HRBP will work closely with the CE leadership team and provide expert advice and coaching to drive and support their business objectives as we continue to scale and grow.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions to senior leaders on people management aspects of their business, including driving organizational development, team effectiveness, executing change management strategy, and employee engagement solutions.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills assessment and development.
  • Develop and drive the business unit’s global workforce plan and human capital strategies by acquiring and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the business.
  • Be a trusted advisor and thought partner to Senior Leaders across the business unit. 
  • Drive the development and monitor regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure HR metrics are quantified and outcome-driven. 
  • Able to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Guide and coach leaders and managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues. 
  • Collaborate and partner with team members throughout the HR organization to build and scale HR programs which enable a high performance culture.
  • Provide consultative expertise and guidance to leaders on implementation/execution of core HR programs.
  • Leverage best practices and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Manage and grow a team of HR Business Partners in line with organizational growth. 
  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of relevant HRBP experience, partnering with Leaders in high growth business units.   
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high growth, scaling global company
  • Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving with various levels of leadership.
  • Broad experience and specific knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, learning and performance management.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proven project management and execution skills, with a track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to cope with pressure maintaining a high standard of deliverables.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and demands.
  • Able to build relationships, develop credibility with internal clients and mentor HR colleagues.
  • Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in global HR teams.
  • Experience partnering with Leaders in client engagement and customer service organizations.
  • Experience supporting teams of 1k+ employees.
  • Experience supporting international teams.
  • Experience working on various HR programs/projects.
