About the role

Our People team is called the Krakenite Experience (KX) team, and we aim to become a world leader in People Experience. We are now hiring an HR Director - M&A to join our diverse and forward‐thinking global company.  This HR Director will add value to Kraken by ensuring that the Krakenite Experience is world class from due diligence to integration into the Company. Responsibilities

  • Own and manage HR’s relationship with the Corporate Development M&A team
  • Lead and drive the M&A transaction from due diligence to integration from an HR perspective, including taking ownership of key deliverables throughout
  • Collaborate with and own the coordination of all necessary stakeholders across HR to successfully drive the M&A process from start to finish
  • Professionally represent the company in discussions and negotiations with target companies and client bodies – including vendors, potential partners and stakeholders
  • Coordinate the gathering, organizing, and presenting of financial and operational information throughout all stages of the project up to completion or termination, plus post-implementation reviews for completed deals
  • Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of integration strategies prioritizing creating world class experiences for all involved
  • Ensure that in all things the Krakenite Experience is at the forefront
  • Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional Human Resources experience 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Program management skills
  • Financial modeling skills
  • Robust knowledge of HR practices globally
  • Good understanding of HR systems
  • Top notch communication skills with an ability to provide clear messaging to a variety of audiences 
  • Confidence and ability to consult with and advise senior leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple critical priorities/projects without losing attention to detail or a positive attitude
  • Completely at ease in an ever changing fast paced ambiguous environment
  • Extremely flexible, open-minded, and creative when it comes to developing and maintaining HR protocols
  • Relentlessly devoted to the ‘people experience’ in all things 
  • Extremely tech-savvy with an appreciation for privacy, security, “crypto values”, sound money, and can get along well with other Krakenites
