About the Role:

Our People team is called the Krakenite Experience (KX) team, and we aim to become a world leader in People Experience. We are now hiring a People Operations Manager to join our diverse and forward‐thinking global company.  The HR Manager will add value to Kraken by ensuring that the Krakenite Experience is world class from their first days as a Krakenite all the way through their entire Kraken lifecycle. The HR Manager will have top level support to iterate on or build from scratch awe inspiring, best-in-class people programs and initiatives.

Professional Experience

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of Contract amendments and HR documentation
  • End to end experience in creation, amendment & rollout
  • Employment law guidance
  • Partner with internal and external Legal teams
  • Advisory support for recruitment & managers for new employees – direct & indirect
  • Employee Relations – manage and provide advice on disciplinary, grievances, performance improvement process 
  • Escalation point for ticket desk
  • Experience with large projects which could include - reorganization, merger and acquisition, redundancies
  • Fintech background desirable 
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Employment legislation UK and/ Ireland 
  • Leadership and management skills
