From onboarding the next 100 million cryptocurrency clients to the funding of their accounts and our core infrastructure, the platform team is a cornerstone enabling the easiest and fastest entry point to the crypto world to help Kraken accelerate cryptocurrency adoption. The positions will be working with internal and external engineers and technologists, designers, business leadership, partners and customers. We are building a platform product team of highly motivated self-starters who possess sound business acumen, make data-driven decisions, and clearly communicate their vision and plans to others. We are seeking people who are professional but know how to have fun in the following areas!

Own the end-to-end user journey and conversion from user signup to first crypto investment or trade. working with back-end systems and processes, vendor integrations that enable a client to sign up, get verified and purchase cryptocurrencies in the shortest possible time. responsible for core functional aspects related to activation, automation and scalability.

Kraken organization is growing at a fast pace, and so does our internal platform needs. The client services Product Management team, drives the product strategy for the technology that enables everyone around Kraken organization to get the job done in the most productive and efficient way, most prominently supporting our 1,200 strong client engagement team, account management team, as well as compliance, fraud, finance and other critical business functions. Furthermore, our team plays a critical role in supporting key product releases and making sure we provide operational teams with tools to scale these products efficiently.

Backend Systems Product Managers will own key parts of the Kraken backend product. We are seeking a product manager that has both strong product experience and technical experience to own and deliver features that strengthen our infrastructure and help us scale robustly and efficiently.

Our Payments Product Managers are responsible for the flows of fiat currencies into and out of the exchange. keeping up with current trends in payments, clearing blockers for products in development, and owning the end-to-end process of bringing payment and funding products to market. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, an interest in user experience, is data-driven, and possesses the grit needed to bring people together to get stuff done.

Responsible for creating world-class communication products and a content publishing platform. Working on the creation of product requirements, project schedules and supporting materials in partnership with design, content, technology and service teams. providing day-to-day cross-functional leadership to ensure the timely delivery of projects which meet established feature, usability, content and quality requirements. 

The successful candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust. The position requires interaction with a wide variety of internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Candidates must possess the ability and willingness to balance consumer needs with business priorities and articulate the rationale behind decisions.
