The Strategy and Programs team within KX (People) works across all areas of the function with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to lead or support efforts that will be instrumental in finding and hiring future Krakenites. There’s a lot to do and some of the efforts include supporting the build out of new people functions, rethinking every current processes end-to-end, evaluating our current technology stack, and leading implementations/integrations. While efficiency and effectiveness is the goal, the most important part is any decision the team makes considers and preserves what makes Kraken such a unique and special place to work.

What will you be doing:

  • Support logistical and coordination aspects of various projects and programs by assisting in managing project timelines, calendars and roadmaps.
  • Assist in creating project plans including one-pagers, communications, and several other documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments and external vendors.
  • Provide administrative support such as taking meeting minutes, scheduling, inbox management, calendar management as needed.
  • Assisting with other Strategy and Programs projects as needed.
  • Who you are:

  • 2+ years’ experience in administrative support/coordination.
  • Team player. You’re passionate about building strong relationships and enjoy collaborating with people across the board.
  • Organizational skills. You have top-notch organizational skills and are able to effortlessly juggle multiple tasksDetail-orientated.
  • You’re a person who leaves no stone unturned - spotting details, no matter how big or small, is second nature.
  • Communication skills. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’re able to communicate with a variety of audiences both within the organization as well as external parties.
  • Nice to Haves:

  • Prior experience in a Talent/Recruiting/HR department.
  • Experience with scheduling multiple busy calendars.
  • Experience with G Suite.
