About the Role
The Program Manager will support the Product team with the delivery of programs, projects and initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will work across multiple functions across Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Marketing teams, helping to improve the effectiveness of the product development lifecycle. You will be a driver behind building, maintaining, and tracking cross-functional dependencies, achieving requirement alignments, resolving program roadblocks, setting timelines and developing the right artifacts, all coordinated around strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a great cross-functional relationship builder, excellent goal and timeline focused executer able to focus a large group on required outcomes, while taking a flexible approach to release and program management.
Responsibilities
Manage programs from inception through completion while leveraging your excellent stakeholder management and program management skillsCollaborate with a diverse cross-functional team (Product, Engineering, Marketing, UX, Data and others) Establish roadmaps and milestones, anticipate and manage risks, resolve technical and operational challengesEstablish and manage required processes, communication forums, artifacts, reporting formats and tools to scale high quality product development operations Run standups, workgroup meetings, identifying action items and addressing blockers to keep programs and projects on trackImprove process inputs, streamline workflows and project management toolsBecome a trustful and reliable partner to multidisciplinary stakeholdersCommunicate status and manage stakeholder expectations Requirements
Interest in Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency or BlockchainBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, other technical or analytical fields, or equivalent practical experience4+ years experience working as a program manager, operations specialist or similar cross-functional role in the technology or financial sectorExperience working with and coordinating operations of interdisciplinary working groupsExperience building productivity and automation tools Tenacious, self starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill into actionable project plans Superb organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing productivity, with a focus on value and not getting caught up on processGreat communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbalHave the energy and patience to work in a dynamic team and rapidly growing industry, while applying a methodical and analytical mindset Comfortable working with a lot of data in technical environment, requiring high attention to detail Ability to simplify operational and informational complexity, delivering the right message to each stakeholder
Preferred qualifications
Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or similarWorking knowledge of project and workstream management tools such as Confluence, Jira and/or other project management tools is a plusExperience coordinating a full lifecycle of product development, incl. launching features to consumers, through frontend and backend platform developmentKnowledge of Web, Android and/or iOS development environments and release processesAbility to exercise technical and product judgment in solving roadblocks Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical membersLocation Tagging: #EU #US #APAC #CANADA #LI-Remote
