The MDM / EMM Administrator will act as the subject matter expert for our enterprise MDM environment. This position is responsible for developing configuration policies, provisioning and maintenance of all endpoints. The position will be responsible for maintaining the health and functioning of the MDM / EMM platform and will be the point person for complex technical issues with relevant stakeholders such as users, operators, Service Desk touch points, and third-party support providers.

Responsibilities/Skills/Qualifications

3+ years of MDM or EMM administration experience, such as Airwatch, Scalefusion, Jamf Pro or Cisco Meraki

Experience configuring and supporting MDM or EMM

Maintaining / updating applications and OS within MDM or EMM

Expertise in troubleshooting technical problems with a focus on rapid resolution

The ability to manage multiple simultaneous and diverse technology issues to resolution, with minimal supervision and a sense of urgency

Ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple workloads

Must be able to assist in after hours on-call rotation

Critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision

Demonstrated application of Bash, Python, Rust and GIT to solve complex problems

Experience deploying and maintaining Security tools, such as AV, EDR, encryption, etc

Experience working with Agile and ITIL frameworks

Experience Software patching, packaging and deployment

Experience with policy configuration, OS hardening and desired state configurations

Experience with containers, VM’s, service health monitoring, disaster recovery and business continuity
