Responsibilities

  • Understand their client's needs and proposing relevant solutions to retain client's loyalty
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and customer's visits according to the set for territory in order to generate sales volumes, revenues through, conversion, retention and penetration.
  • Be a contact point to solve client's issues and deliver excellent expriences to clients
  • Negotiate with frustrated clients, reestablishing trust and avoiding losing business in the midst of problems
  • Increase revenue from existing clients by up-sell and cross-sell activities
  • Acquire new clients and convert them to Lalamove's clients
  • Liaise with other departments (including DOPS / CS) to ensure key customers’ benefits; collaborate with marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns.
  • Admin tasks: Dashboard excecute; Client portfolio management; Clients wallet management; Take part in SOP ultilize, scheme review and campaign planning
  • Weekly and Monthly reports to Line manager and be incharge of regular reports of BD.
  • What we seek

  • Good data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills, able to handle stressful situations with a smile.
  • Able to work independently.
  • From 1 year working experience in sales, account management, & customer support; fresh graduate are welcome, prefered in relevant industries
  • Vast knowledge and understanding in F&B, E-commerce, sharing economy app are advantages.
