As a Fullstack Engineer at Lalamove, you'll be part of the growing web and enterprise team to help grow the business across the world!  An ideal candidate would be passionate about writing modern javascript applications one day and debugging backend services the next.

What you will do:

  • Work on a cross functional team to develop and enhance Lalamove web centric products
  • Design and build high priority front-end web applications using ReactJS
  • Design and build features in backend microservices
  • Write high quality maintainable and testable code 
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to delight our customers
  • Work along with developers to drive code quality, knowledge sharing, and development

    • What we seek:

  • 4+ years experience in Frontend/Fullstack development
  • Solid experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js 
  • Proven knowledge in Modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Solid experience with at least one of the backend API frameworks
  • Good knowledge in Restful API
  • Experience in MySQL, ElasticSearch, middleware e.g. RabbitMQ/Kafka are nice to have
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (including deployment, testing, debugging & monitoring)
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging web technologies
  • Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently under tight deadline and willing to work under pressure
  • Experience with Scrum is a plus
  • Good communication of written and spoken English
