What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the observability market and changing the way businesses take disparate sources of data and turn it into action. We are already a leader in this space - and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we are on an evolutionary journey heading toward what’s next - unified observability. Our platform enables enterprise resiliency through data insights from the infrastructure, network, and application. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Director, Culture, & Communications.

The Strategic Initiatives team at LogicMonitor is on a mission to drive company alignment, lead transformation initiatives, and curate a high performance culture to advance the LM mission. 

You will gain invaluable experience as the Director, Culture, & Communications by having a global impact on the creation and implementation of our future of work strategy including employee comms, alignment events, hub strategies, and DEI programming. 

It is instrumental you are passionate about helping people find community and belonging in their professional careers here at LM. As a member of the Human Resources team make your mark by having strong diplomatic and advocacy skills. You will be essential in working alongside the executive team as champions over our community group roadmap and genuinely being a compassionate people leader and influencer to continue to grow our R+DEI strategic initiatives across the company.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

As LM's first Director of Culture & Communications, you will:

  1. Employee Communications: Develop & execute our internal communications strategy & executive communications strategy
  2. Employee Events: cross-functionally execute key employee alignment events such as company kickoffs, All Hands Calls, Town Halls
  3. Future of Work Strategy: Develop our future of work strategy, including transform office hubs into “centers of energy” to fuel company alignment, collaboration, & performance. Lead our Workplace Experience team, tying in purposeful in-person connections as a strategy in global facilities ("Centers of Energy" for employees)
  4. Respect+Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Strategy: Champion a culture of belonging by pulling together comms & strategy for existing & new R+DEI initiatives. Utilize the network of community group leaders to champion strategy & programs. Amplify R+DEI Programming in well-coordinated company communications.

Cross Functional Partnerships

  • Executive leadership team members on communications
  • Workplace Experience & Execute Administration team on events
  • Partner with HR on diversity metrics and reporting
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to integrate diversity efforts within recruiting - expand market reach and recruiting network
What You'll Need:
  • 5-10 years’ exempt level cumulative experience in communications, change management, consulting, marketing, business, enablement, and/or D&I role
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with sharp business acumen and executive presence
  • Ability to be a utility player - wear many hats
  • Ability to think strategically and also get into details to execute
  • Ability to build rapport with all levels of employees and leadership
  • BS/BA in Business, Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field
