What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Director, Product Reliability. 

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of an organization with an outstanding product, operation, and culture. We are seeking an experienced Director, FedRamp and Product Reliability that is ready to advance to the next level. Lead the Product Reliability team within the Technical Operations organization. Strive for five nines worth of uptime with LogicMonitor's SaaS based service. Ensure adequate backups and DR scenarios are kept up to date and regularly tested. Maintain and improve security of the infrastructure. You'll be instrumental working with development management, providing leadership to ensure reliability of our service is constantly nurtured. Ensure capacity to deal with a fast growing customer base.

FedRamp Applicants: LogicMonitor intends to operate our platform in a FedRamp Moderate compliant manner. The goal is to expand our customer base and uplift the security in general for all customers. You will be responsible for maintaining FedRamp compliancy. 

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Maintain "five nines" of uptime for the LogicMonitor SaaS application
  • Design and ensure disaster recovery procedures
  • Plan and grow infrastructure as needed to support continued growth of the company
  • Partner with InfoSec to set and enforce security policies for the infrastructure
  • Manage a staff of Managers and SREs
  • Maintain thorough documentation of physical and logical infrastructure
  • FedRamp Applicants: Uplift our platform to be FedRamp compliant, Ensure security of the production environment
What You'll Need:
  • 10+ years working in senior data center / cloud operations positions
  • Expert understanding of networking technologies and 10+ years of hands-on experience running networks
  • Expert understanding of Linux system administration and 10+ years of hands-on experience
  • Expert understanding of Amazon Web Services
  • Well versed in security principles, both system and network
  • Thorough understanding of various software application stacks
  • Good coding/scripting abilities
  • Working off-hours as necessary
  • Experience managing technical personnel

Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as a bonus, MBO, or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program, 401K matching, and other rewards.

$155,400$213,700 USD
