 What You'll Do: 

People Operations at LogicMonitor is on a mission to curate a high performance culture that attracts, retains and readies supremely talented people to do their best work, grow, and be inspired to passionately advance the LM mission. Global Human Resources (HR) Specialist plays a critical role in driving our mission to ensure the employee experience at LogicMonitor is world class in every office - from Santa Barbara to Sydney to Singapore and beyond.This role is a company culture ambassador to support our People Ops team across the globe in setting a "glocalization" strategy (starting global and adapting for local) for all people programs and policies.

Here's a Closer Look:  

Global HR Operations & Compliance

  • Partner with Global HR leads and legal team to ensure local compliance with employment laws in our HR practices and verbiage in employee documents.
  • Train global counterparts in the UK, Singapore, Australia, India, and Sweden on HR processes in all areas of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, promotions, transfers, performance management, offboarding, etc. 
  • Learn from global counterparts when there is a local need to deviate and adapt a process to the unique needs of the office. Document all processes and global differences in our shared HR drive.
  • Working with the Total Rewards team, help guide our global strategy of comprehensive total rewards relevant to the local market.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Carry the torch of our One Team value across the globe!
  • Instigate creative solutions for collaboration and team bonding in a virtual environment along with  employee initiatives and people strategy priorities.

Global Mobility & Immigration

  • Manage any global mobility requests: educate business leaders and employees on eligibility requirements, review business proposals, and partner with finance to prepare a cost analysis.
  • Partner with international immigration advisors and migration specialists on any necessary government registration for LM to sponsor visas.
  • Take the lead on immigration management and tracking.
  • Regular cost/benefit analysis for all global secondments.

Global Expansion, M&A and Special Projects

  • Project manage all HR tasks for opening and/or acquiring new global offices.
  • Spearhead analysis on unique needs for the office and priorities to successfully integrate into the LogicMonitor team.

What You'll Need: 

  • 3+ years Human Resources/People Operations experience required
  • 1+ years international/Global experience required
  • Flexibility in schedule to facilitate collaboration in time zones around the world required
  •  international employment laws and practices preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required
