What You'll Do: 

The Internal Systems Support Specialist provides technological support for all end-users to optimize and grow LogicMonitor's internal IT infrastructure that employees, prospects, and customers depend on to communicate and interact with LM. 

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Troubleshoot and maintain all hardware associated with end-user computing, including printers, workstations, switches, internal file sharing, etc 
  • Supervise and communicate employee moves and new hire setups
  • Acquire and setup all new hire equipment and complete employee technology on-boarding and orientation
  • Support end users with VPN Connectivity
  • Be a Technical owner for multiple software and responsible for software license audits
  • Setup/Deactivate/Modify permissions for User Accounts in LM Directory Systems (Active Directory & Okta)
  • Assist team members in the event of outages
  • Always be available for end user support Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm
  • Work with end users to procure the proper new technology, filter out unnecessary requests and submit proper documentation/quotes for items to be purchased. 
  • Provide remote support for other offices
  • Run webinars for All Hands and LM Town Halls via Zoom

What You'll Need:

  • 1-3+ Years of experience in IT support
  • Working US hours (8-5 ET)
  • Experience with Apple macOS, iOS, iPadOS, imaging/provisioning
  • Experience with Jamf or other system management tools
  • 1+ years experience with slack or similar messaging platform
  • 1+ years experience with SSO solutions, specifically Okta
  • Experience resetting Multi-factor authentication
  • 1-3 years experience supporting Google Workspace accounts (Gmail, docs, etc.)
  • 1+ years supporting English speaking employees in an IT Role
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory Groups highly preferred
  • 1+ years troubleshooting user connectivity to wireless networks
  • 1+ years experience hosting webinars in Zoom and interacting with executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with AWS, MS Azure, or GCP is a plus
