What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references.

As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Manager, Global Compensation to guide our Global Compensation function. You will be a crucial driver of LogicMonitor's total rewards strategy and delivery, as well as our employee engagement and retention. This role provides a unique opportunity to make your mark at LM through developing, executing and administering compensation strategy. You will manage the Compensation team while coaching, mentoring, and leading the Compensation + Total Rewards Analyst.

As Manager, Global Compensation you will play a critical role in driving our mission to ensure the employee experience at LogicMonitor is world class in every office - from Santa Barbara to Sydney to Singapore and beyond. You will have the opportunity to work under the direction of the Sr. Director, Total Rewards + People Ops to lead and own a diverse array of HR responsibilities, including support surrounding company-wide initiatives, trainings, and programs. 

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Assist in the development of LM’s total rewards programs including compensation, incentive pay programs, stock and perks
  • Assist with Executive Compensation
  • Own the administration of the equity program
  • Lead design, facilitation, and administration of Corporate Bonus Plan 
  • Build compensation matrix approvals and processes, and help scale compensation programs
  • Own pay transparency strategy
  • Assist in preparing materials for compensation committee to review and execute on on-going compensation related initiatives
  • Benchmarking LM positions using Radford Technology survey data
  • Reporting out to leadership compensation trends and lead the bi-annual compensation processes
  • Partner with Finance in the review of all compensation related changes in the company
  • Partner with global HRBP team and Managers on Compensation related matters
  • Aligning compensation programs with recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree a plus
  • 3-5 years Compensation experience
  • 1-2 years people leadership experience 
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation related laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with sensitive personnel matters

Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as a bonus, MBO, or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program, 401K matching, and other rewards.

$109,300$150,300 USD
