What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the observability market and changing the way businesses take disparate sources of data and turn it into action. We are already a leader in this space - and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we are on an evolutionary journey heading toward what’s next - unified observability. Our platform enables enterprise resiliency through data insights from the infrastructure, network, and application.

As we enter this next phase of growth, our product marketing team at LogicMonitor is expanding! We're looking to add a Senior Product Marketing Manager for all things cloud. Focusing on content creation, go-to-market (GTM), and sales enablement; you will steer the strategy that empowers enterprises through their cloud migration journey at every stage and maturity level. There are many ways to "cloud", and at LogicMonitor we need to guide customers to help them define what good looks like, and how to scale without impacting productivity. You'll be crafting the narrative and launching programs, solutions and initiatives to enable our customer's journey to the cloud. 

We're looking for a story-teller with relevant domain and industry expertise – experience in infrastructure and cloud monitoring, deep knowledge on cloud applications, Kubernetes and/or cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, a plus. You will make your mark at LogicMonitor with your skills that span from strategic market and data analysis to creating engaging marketing and sales enablement collateral to help enterprise across and beyond the buyers journey and your ability to segment messaging based on persona and various entry points across Ops teams. This is a critical strategic role that partners cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales Specialists, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Growth Marketing, and Analyst relations to define and optimize the customer cloud journey and the LogicMonitor Solutions tailored to support customers as they evolve and mature.

Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:

  • Understand the LogicMonitor platform capabilities, use cases, and business outcomes across the personas we serve
  • Understand LogicMonitor’s point-of-view, platform and cloud-specific monitoring capabilities, use cases, and business outcomes for SREs, TechOps / CloudOps / Cloud Platform teams and executives in charge of cloud infrastructure
  • Define business and technical messaging for target personas, with a focus on value, benefits, features and functions
  • Design and develop technical sales and marketing collateral, including demos, scripts, guides, presentations, blogs, and technical white papers
  • Learn new product capabilities to drive internal and external awareness/activation
  • Serve as a LogicMonitor brand evangelist to drive cross-functional alignment around launches, retention, and new logo acquisition efforts
  • Partner with key cloud partners to build content specific to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
  • Be the competitive intel expert on the industry landscape – from the platform, solutions, and core product level
  • Partner with sales to understand and prioritize their needs for assets, messaging and content
  • Create and deliver compelling sales enablement material for field, inside sales and partner channels including call scripts, battlecards, objection handling guides and customer stories

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing, Analytics or Technology preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in the Enterprise SaaS B2B space with experience as a Product Marketer, Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Manager,
  • Experience with either monitoring, IT SaaS applications, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes required. 
  • An understanding of what developers, SREs and cloud-oriented operations teams want to know about LogicMonitor’s solutions and how they want to engage.
  • Organized and detail­-oriented to effectively manage projects and programs that will require collaboration and feedback from other functional groups
  • Strong learning agility and can ramp up quickly with detailed technical content and stay current with industry trends and new product developments
  • Ability to collaborate with partners to develop joint messaging, create collateral 
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects
